Although it is usually held on the 3rd Sunday of each month, THIS Sunday is Annapurna’s Kitchen (St. Patrick’s Day prompted the shift). If you’ve never gone, here’s the scoop:
Local farmers donate produce, community members donate other ingredients. A group of people come together to turn all of those ingredients into delicious vegetarian food. Cafe Nola opens its doors to the effort, allowing us to use their kitchen for preparation and their dining room for service.
From 6-8 pm, all are welcome to come and eat and share with your neighbors. No payment is required, but a donation box is available for diners to give as they are able and/or moved.
