Farm-to-Fork Frederick takes place from August 23rd through Labor Day, September 2nd, 2013:

Farm-to-Fork FrederickA dynamic 11-day culinary celebration of locally sourced food and wine, bringing together Frederick Chefs with their local farmers and vintners! All participating restaurants will have a special Farm-to-Fork Frederick menu made using 60% Frederick County area grown and raised farm foods and will feature participating Frederick County wineries. Savor the Local Flavors of Frederick County’s own farmers and vintners, and celebrate the Chefs that bring them to you from theses farms, to your fork.
