Police Make Arrest in Colonial Jewelers Robbery

A Virginia man has been arrested in connection with Tuesday’s armed robbery at Colonial Jewelers in downtown Frederick.
[The suspect] of Fairfax is currently in the custody of Metropolitan police in Washington. He was arrested on a fugitive warrant this morning while driving the black pickup believed to be the getaway vehicle, according to a Frederick Police Department news release.
