- The Great Frederick Fair continues.
- The Creek Speaks Event takes place on Friday night at the Delaplaine Visual Arts Education Center.
- The Great Pumpkin Fun Run returns to Summers Farm on Sunday.
- A Day at the Point is an arts festival and 5/10K race taking place on the C&O Canal on Saturday.
- 7th Annual Latino Festival is on Sunday.
