A Toast to Frederick
Even though this event isn’t until April 10th and 11th, I’m putting the information up now because tickets have gone on sale. The first indoor wine festival, A Toast to Frederick Wine Festival featuring the wines of the Frederick Wine Trail, is going to be held at the Frederick Fairgrounds. Tickets are $25/person for admission and wine tastings and an extra $5 gets you up to 16 pours from participating wineries.
Get ready for Frederick County’s first indoor wine festival! The wineries of the
Frederick Wine Trail have joined together with the e-ventplex at the
Frederick Fairgrounds, and a great array of local restaurants and artists to create
this celebration of all things delicious in the Frederick area. Come on out to enjoy
some fantastic local wines paired with great local fare.
This event runs from noon to 6PM on both days.
Arrggghh!! I can’t believe I’m going to miss this! I’ll be out in the midst of the wine country of California but that is little comfort – it’s a visit to family and I’ll have no time to go wine tasting.
