It appears that after sitting dormant for over a year, the River Run Center on Monocacy Boulevard is back under construction. So far, lessees include a Subway, Dunkin’ Donuts and a fitness center.
I haven’t been by there in a long time. Does anyone know when this is scheduled to be completed?

It is near the Wells Fargo. Take Monocacy Blvd. past Walmart and across the river towards Gas House Pike. It is at the intersection of Monocacy and Progress Drive, on the left.

Does anyone else see the irony? Dunkin Donuts, Subway and Fitness Center! Ha ha you can pile it on and take it off all in one shopping center!
The stores that burned down at the corner of TJ Drive and Opossumtown Pike had a Dunkin’ Donuts, a Quiznos and a Curves, I think. Any time you see a Weight Watchers or a Jenny Craig, it’s always next to a KFC or a Pizza Hut or a Krispy Kreme. That’s life in America! BTW, is that site ever going to be rebuilt? It’s such an eyesore and so depressing every time I drive by.
Last time I drove by there, about a month ago, it looked like they were finally bulldozing over the burned out building.
I am not sure when it is to be done.
