Time for a new header

Spring has sprung and that means it’s time for a new header on this hear old site. Last spring Studio 11 was kind enough to provide a photo and last fall you all voted for Aynex‘s photo that currently adorns the site. The rules are the same as the last time:

I know you all take awesome photos as evidenced by the FMO Flickr pool. So please send me a link to your Flickr, Photobucket, or whatever online service you use. Then I will let all the FMO readers vote on which one will be the new header. The only rule is that it must be a photo of, or about Frederick and be family friendly.

If you want to cut the photo to the dimensions of the header it’s 920 x 180 pixels. Please submit your photos by Sunday, April 26th. The voting will open soon after that. Please let me know if you have any questions.

    That one is also very pretty, but I’d still go with #1 or #3. The third shot with the steeple is a nice representation of Frederick, but the composition and colors of the first shot are definitely the best.

    Monica, you have a real feel for the essence of spring in Frederick! My eye is especially drawn to your #3–the steeple and its reflection in the water are a great focal point in a very pleasing composition.
