Mother’s Day is Sunday,  May 10th this year.  Here are a few fun things I’ve found that you can do with your Mom.  Please add to the list in the comments if you hear of any other events just for Mom.

Seated under our spacious outdoor tent, spend an afternoon looking over the vineyard in early bloom. We present crumpets, scones, devanger cream and fine teas along with three Elk Run wines.

I’m sure Elk Run must mean crumpets, scones, and Devonshire cream (not “devanger”). I wish Frederick businesses would look stuff up when they are not sure. Tasting Room almost always has misspellings on their menu (for years they were serving a “triffle” of the day). It makes us look like amateurs.

    Also on Mothers Day:

Baltimore Coffee & Tea’s Frederick location is offering all moms a free medium drink of their choice all day on Sunday.

Baltimore Coffee & Tea’s Frederick location is next to the Westview Corner Center at 5209 Presidents Court. The store is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

    Thanks for the tip Matt.
