A Couple Restaurant Tidbits

Here is a little round-up of some restaurant news via tips or comments:
- First, FMO reader Sean, sent an email to report that Firehouse Subs will be opening shop in The Westview Village. Anyone eat at one of these before? They’re seems to be a couple in Virginia.
- Darrell posted a message he received from the Leasing Coordinator at Clemson Corner. The project is fully approved and that in addition to Wegmans and Lowe’s, it looks very likely (but not guaranteed) that like Marshalls, Noodles & Co. and Chipotle will also join the project.
- And in case you missed it in the comments Starvin Marvin is now open.

Since I reported it, I guess I should comment on it. I have eaten at Firehouse a couple time in SC. I thought it was very good, akin to Quiznos, but I remember it being better, and I love Quiznos.
Firehouse Subs is AWESOME! Ten times better than Quizno’s. Can’t wait!!!
The meatball sub on the Firehouse Sub page makes me want to have one. It looks so good!
Firehouse Subs are the best. I had my best sub at one in Columbia, SC… I highly recommend the brisket sub!!! ill be there for the opening
Glad to hear there is other food joints coming to this end of town. Would love to see what they are putting on Monocacy in front of the Wells Fargo building. Perhaps a place where you can imbibe after work for those of us on the northeast side of town???? At the speed they are going, I will be retired before they get it done. : )
Just wondering when Firehouse Subs is opening? I had a great experience at a Firehouse in SC.
