Awesome photo! The last one was great, and yet this one is more green and “fulfilling.”
I like both photos, but maybe a change to showing more green is nice, what with spring coming on.
Actually, I’d be in favor of periodically changing photos to highlight different aspects of Frederick.

To be truthful, others here have probably shot the exact same picture.
@Jim, yup others have done this shot, and the spires, and downtown streets, and carrol creek, and the covered bridges, etc., etc.
There is just a lot of nice picturesque places to snap shots of in Frederick. We are very lucky!
