Pargo’s Auction Info
Here’s an update on our earlier Pargo’s Closing post about their auctioning off what looks like pretty much everything that was in the restaurant. From the FNP:
Coolers, fryers, refrigerators, kitchen utensils, several TV sets, office equipment, bathroom fixtures and landscaping.
All will be up for grabs at auction July 25 from the shuttered Pargo’s restaurant on Spectrum Drive .
The auction, set for 10:04 a.m., will take place at the restaurant. Pargo’s closed July 3 after 15 years. The 2.2-acre site will be demolished and transformed into two retail buildings.
Potential bidders can preview equipment between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 24.

The new retail centers, at 5597 Spectrum Drive, across from the FSK Mall, are expected to open in 12 to 15 months, possibly with upscale apparel and jewelry businesses.
