If you've seen real estate design shows on HG or A&E, that's what I do. I work with home owners to prepare their house for the market. The topic intrigues everyone and the timeliness is golden. I'm shedding a tear because as a resident of the Damascus area, I'm locked into Comcast's Mont. Co. channel lineup and won't have access to your broadcast. 'Tis a shame--most folks in my area have a whole lot more interest in Frederick than, say, Takoma Park (came across the Takoma Park channel by accident the other day).
