The other owner has been in the restaurant business as Chef for 15 years. Both of partners are from Rockville. So, the food can't go wrong here. I agree that the service at Mamma Lucia's is wonderful and maybe the person at the counter should be tipped. I don't tip at the counter, but I might reconsider. I'm definitely a regular there.
