If you didn't get a chance to try JJ Pidickles then too bad because it has changed to Raven Pizza (I think that's the name, anyone out there please correct me). Raven Pizza (and the former JJ Pidickles) took the place of Letarios Italian restaurant.
In related food news, the Frederick Magazine reported that Miyako was coming to FSK Mall. Not sure if this will take the old Italian Oven space or not. FredMag also mentioned that Charley's Grilled Subs will be coming to FSK mall.
And lastly in case you hadn't heard the Taco Bell/Pizza Hut combo by FSK Mall caught fire. No more cheese sticks and tacos for lunch for awhile.

Bummer. I never made it to JJ Pidickles. Of course, I lived in Riverwalk for 8 years and only made it to Letterio’s once! Hmmm, Raven Pizza. I wonder if they let Brown’s fans in?

Ravens Pizza was originally down in Germantown. He relocated here because Frederick has promise and Germantown is getting a little scary. Though the owner gets some getting used to, he IS a really nice guy. He usually runs a special every Friday. It’s something like get an XL 1 topping pizza for $8. The sauce is awesome. It’s well worth the wait and actually tastes like a pizza should. I can’t eat Papa Johns or Dominos after eating his pizzas. My wife and I have been eating his pizzas for 3+ years.

Great news. My husband loves pizza. We pass this place all the time wondering why we haven’t ever been to ANY of the restaurants in this building. Poor location–! Since I’ve lived here (2000-2006) that location has been at least 4 or 5 different restaurants. I hope Ravens does well. We’ll try it this weekend.
