I can't vouch for whether it's true or not but my teenage stepdaughter WAS followed late one night on Monocacy Blvd. some time around the holidays. A car with several young men in it tailed her then rode beside her then followed her again, right to our house. She made sure they kept driving around the block when she went in our door so they wouldn't know what house was ours. I told her today if she can remember the date it happened, she should notify the police. I received an email about this too.
