John Ruthvin of Frederick, Md., was named 2005 Maryland Worker of the Year by Dickies workwear.
Ruthvin has run BR&B Enterprises with his father-in-law the past 20 years. Ruthvin’s son Christopher nominated him by writing this essay for the Dickies 2005 Worker of the Year contest.
