Frederick Hotels Popping Up All Over

According to this article the number of hotel rooms in Frederick have increased ” … from 1,226 national brand hotel rooms in 1995 to 1,803 today, a 48 percent increase in 10 years. The county has a total of 2,015 rooms for all hotels as of May 2005. ”
Those two thousand rooms come from the ” … county’s 27 hotels and motels — combined with a supply of bed and breakfasts, cabins, camping areas and vacation homes … ”
The article also says that ” … 4,381 jobs in Frederick County are supported directly by visitor spending … ”
