Indoor Lacrosse Anyone?
I used to play lacrosse in high school and college. I was never really that good, but I loved playing the game. I was feeling nostalgic the other day and wanted to see if there were any leagues in Frederick County. I found out that the Frederick Sports Plex is trying to put together an adult men’s lacrosse league.
I put my name in just in case it comes through, but at 32 years old I think kickball may be more my speed. My bones ache at the thought of being checked into the walls. There is also the little matter of being way out of shape.
If lacrosse is not your style the Sports Plex offers other adult leagues including co-ed soccer, flag football, volleyball and more.

Will be relocating back to Maryland (Frederick area) after 30 years and would love to find an adult rec lacrosse league to play in. Being 48 years old I’d much rather play in a low-key type of a league where everyone understands that we all have to go to work the next day. If anyone can point me in the right direction I’d sure appreciate it!

There are pick-up games at The Sports Plex during the winter, I think they are over 35. I haven’t tried them out so I am unsure of what the vibe is.
Is there an outdoor lax league for adults?
