Fredericktowne Auto Spa

We got my wife’s SUV washed at Fredericktowne Auto Spa this past Saturday. They did a great job on the outside, but not so hot on the inside.

We got the Works package for $14.00, which includes an interior vacuuming. They did vacuum, but they missed some spots like the space in between the two front seats. My wife also had to ask them to vacuum the area in the hatch back. Maybe that is not included since I don’t think they would vacuum a trunk in a non-hatch back car.

In their defense they were real busy, but I expected better for $14.00. Can you all recommend anywhere for a lazy person like myself to get his car washed?

An Update: I got my car washed there this weekend and they did a much better job. My wife had asked about them missing the center console of her car and they said that they charge another $3.00 for that. So I have a really clean car except the center console. Could I be any lazier?

This is a lot of money, but I recommend once a year taking your car to Dr. Detail..the $60 I spent getting my SUV washed, waxed, tires dressed, and interior COMPLETELY cleaned was worth every penny. Not something I do more than once a year though due to the expense. I have had similar experiences at Fredricktowne Auto Spa…they don’t do a great job on the interior at all, and to me, that’t the part I want taken car of the most. I can wash it for $4 at the Exxon
